3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is limited to the UAE.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and applicable fees are displayed during checkout.

  • Free delivery applies to orders above AED 150.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional fee of AED 20.

  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, weather conditions, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Clothing:

  • Eligible for return/exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Jewellery:

  • Returns accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrect in size.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damage/defect claims.

General Conditions:

  • All returns/exchanges must be approved by our support team before shipping back.

  • Items not meeting the above conditions will be declined.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. COD refunds will be made via bank transfer (customer to provide IBAN).

  • Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
