At Jhanswa Shopping FZE, we aim to deliver your orders safely, transparently, and on time. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Coverage
- UAE: We ship to all emirates and most locations serviced by our courier partners.
- Outside UAE: International shipping is available to select countries. Additional courier fees, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage are payable by the recipient.
2. Processing & Dispatch
- Processing time: Up to 2 business days from successful order confirmation and payment/verification.
- Dispatch days: Sunday–Thursday (UAE business days). No dispatch on Fridays or UAE public holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GST) may be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes (UAE)
- Standard delivery: Approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Fast-track items: Some items are eligible for 1–2 day delivery; others are 5–7 days. The exact estimate appears on the product page at selection time.
- Timelines may vary due to logistics capacity, remote locations, security checks, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
4. Shipping Fees (UAE Orders)
- FREE shipping on orders AED 150 and above (after discounts, before COD & duties).
- AED 15 shipping on orders below AED 150.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) fee: AED 15 (where available).
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped or a delivery attempt is made.
- Remote/limited-service areas may incur a surcharge. If applicable, we will notify you prior to dispatch for approval.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
- Available for eligible UAE addresses and order values at our discretion.
- Exact cash is required at delivery. Courier may request valid ID (Emirates ID/Passport).
- If the recipient refuses or does not pay, the shipment is returned; shipping, COD, and any return-to-origin (RTO) charges remain payable and/or may be deducted from any refundable amount (if a refund applies under our Refund & Return Policy).
- Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for the account.
6. Order Verification & Security
- We may contact you for order verification (phone/email), ID check for COD/high-value orders, and address confirmation.
- Orders can be held or cancelled if verification fails or fraud is suspected. Any paid amounts are handled per the Refund & Return Policy.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Access
- You must provide a complete and accurate address, reachable phone number, and any building/security access instructions.
- We are not liable for delay or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or inaccessible locations.
- Redelivery due to such reasons may incur additional charges.
8. Delivery Attempts & Redelivery
- Couriers typically make 1–2 attempts. If unreachable or unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to origin.
- If returned, shipping + COD (if applicable) + RTO charges may be deducted from any refundable amount (if a refund applies).
9. Tracking & Status Updates
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- Tracking visibility depends on the courier’s scanning and update cycles.
10. Packaging, Split Shipments & Availability
- Orders may ship in multiple parcels (at no extra cost) if items are located in different warehouses.
- If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and offer a replacement, backorder, or refund for the unavailable item value.
11. International Shipping (Outside UAE)
- Duties, VAT/GST, customs, brokerage, and any import fees are payable by the recipient per destination law.
- Delivery times vary by destination and may be delayed by customs.
- If a shipment is refused/unclaimed due to unpaid duties/taxes or recipient unavailability, it may be returned or abandoned. All shipping, return, and customs-related charges are the recipient’s responsibility and may be deducted from any refundable amount (if a refund applies).
12. Cancellations, Returns & Non-Refundable Charges
- Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility and procedures.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable once an order is shipped or a delivery attempt has been made.
- If you cancel before dispatch, shipping/COD fees are waived and the order is handled per our refund rules.
- If you cancel after dispatch, shipping/COD and any RTO charges apply and may be deducted from any refundable amount (if applicable).
13. Delays & Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, accidents, operational disruptions, road closures, strikes, acts of government, customs delays, or other force majeure.
14. Product Categories & Handling
- We sell clothing and artificial (imitation) jewelry.
- Delicate items are packed securely. Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If there is visible damage/tampering, note it with the courier and contact us within 24 hours with photos and the airway bill.
15. Non-Serviceable or Restricted Addresses
- Shipments to PO Boxes, high-security zones, or restricted locations may be unavailable for door delivery. We will contact you to arrange alternatives if possible (e.g., courier pickup point or different address).
16. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
- Wholesale/bulk shipping timelines and rates vary by volume, weight/volumetric weight, palletization, and destination.
- Please contact Customer Support for a formal quotation and schedule.
17. Title & Risk
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your address (or designated collection point) as recorded by the courier.
- For COD orders, title passes after full payment is received by the courier.
