3. Conditions for Acceptance of Return
- The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and stickers intact.
- The item must not be used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Products returned without original packaging or with missing tags will be rejected.
4. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved:
- Replacement – A new product of the same type will be sent (subject to availability).
- Store Credit – If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a coupon code of equal value, redeemable on our store.
- Refund – If neither replacement nor store credit is possible, a refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- In case of return shipping, the customer will bear the cost, unless the return is due to our error.
