1. Cancellation Before Processing

  • Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order has entered the processing, packing, or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Processing

  • If you decide not to receive the product after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery at the time of arrival.
  • Please note:
    • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
    • Any additional delivery attempt costs may be deducted from your refund or store credit.

3. Misuse of Cancellation

  • Customers are expected to place orders responsibly and in good faith.
  • If a customer repeatedly cancels or refuses orders without valid reasons, and such behavior occurs frequently from the same account:
    • Jhanswa Shopping FZE reserves the right to permanently block, suspend, or restrict the account without prior notice.
    • Any future orders from such customers will be rejected automatically.
    • In cases of suspected abuse, Jhanswa Shopping FZE also reserves the right to refuse service to linked accounts, addresses, or contact details.

4. Exceptions (Valid Reasons for Cancellation After Dispatch)

We may allow exceptions where cancellation is justified under UAE consumer protection law, including but not limited to:

  • Product delivered is damaged.
  • Product delivered is different in size, specification, or description compared to the order.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If an order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, shipping and COD charges will be deducted.

6. Final Decision

  • All cancellations are subject to review and approval by [Your Store Name].
  • Our decision regarding misuse, repeated cancellations, or blocking of users will be final and binding.
