3. Conditions for Acceptance of Return

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and stickers intact.
  • The item must not be used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products returned without original packaging or with missing tags will be rejected.

4. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved:

  1. Replacement – A new product of the same type will be sent (subject to availability).
  2. Store Credit – If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a coupon code of equal value, redeemable on our store.
  3. Refund – If neither replacement nor store credit is possible, a refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • In case of return shipping, the customer will bear the cost, unless the return is due to our error.
